Apps to help you Know Him and Make Him Known

Updated: Dec 6, 2019

In this series of blogs I want to share with you the apps that I have found to be useful and practical. I have all of these apps on my mobile phone and you can too. Nearly all of them are free. I will be bringing you one specific app per blog post. So let's get started.

I would be remise if I started with anything other than a great Bible app. The ESV Bible (ESV.org) from Crossway.org is superior. It is a word for word translation which is easy to comprehend.

Crazy Packed Bible Resources in One Place? Bible Hub

If you were to find all of the free resources for the Bible in one place, it would be Bible Hub. Here is the short list; 17 Bible translations (including Interlinear!), 41 commentaries, countless sermons and topical searches, devotions, reading plans, dictionary, Greek, Hebrew, searches, Strongs, timelines, maps and more. There are other sites that compete, however this is the app which I have found to be the most user friendly.

As a Pastor, I try to teach believers how to study the Bible. Tools and resources are always helpful. Some resources and programs are incredible and most of those are incredibly expensive. Bible Hub is free. Yes, you read that right. It is a free app that you can load on your mobile device an access as often as you like. When you study the Word of God and you have this app up and running, you have no excuse for not learning more about the Word of God and therefore drawing closer in your relationship with God. Go to your App Store or Play store to download Bible Hub today.
